Terms and Conditions

  1. General Information:

This website is operated by Haley Dessauer of This Little Fiat. Haley Dessauer is a Catholic sacred artist who specializes oil painting, charcoals, and live event painting. You can find original paintings, fine art prints, prayer cards, handmade ornaments, greeting cards, and more on her website.

2. Products/Services Offered:

  • Original Oil Paintings/charcoal sketches

  • Fine art Prints

  • Catholic Prayer Cards

  • Live Wedding Painting in Southern Illinois and Southern Indiana, including Evansville, IN and surrounding areas.

  • Live Event painting for Charity/Benefit Auctions

3. Return Policy:

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges not accepted at this time. If you receive a damaged product, please send an email to haley@thislittlefiat.com including a picture of the damaged item and a description of the damage within 7 days of receiving your item in the mail. I will be happy to replace all damaged/defective items free-of-charge.

4. Shipping

Products: Current processing time for fine art prints, prayer cards, etc is currently 2-5 business days.

Original Artwork: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing BEFORE shipping. Original paintings need to be carefully packaged in puncture proof boxes to assure safe delivery. This process does take time.

Shipping Timeframes: Please note that estimated shipping times at checkout are only estimates. I cannot guarantee that packages will arrive in the calculated timeframe given at checkout, as this is beyond my control.

Please note that postal services across the country have been experiencing slow/delayed delivery. If you are in need of an item by a certain date, I recommend selecting "priority shipping" at checkout and then messaging me of your immediate need. (My current processing time is 2-5 days before shipment, but I will process sooner if you have a deadline).

Delayed Packages: Please note per shop policy, that delayed packages will not be replaced/refunded until at least 14 business days have passed to allow ample time for the postal service to deliver items. Again, if there is an immediate need, please select priority shipping at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork and content on this website are the intellectual property of Haley Dessauer
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any artwork or product design.
Purchasing a print, product, or original painting does not grant any license or usage rights beyond personal, non-commercial enjoyment. All rights are reserved.

5. Privacy

Personal information is only collected to be used for order fulfillment or for the purpose of sending email newsletters (if subscribed). Your information is never shared or sold.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Date of changes will be listed below.
