Returns and exchanges not available at this time. If you receive a damaged product, I will be happy to replace free-of-charge.

A NOTE ON SHIPPING:
Please note that estimated shipping times at checkout are only estimates. I cannot guarantee that packages will arrive in the calculated timeframe given at checkout, as this is beyond my control.

Please note that postal services across the country have been experiencing slow/delayed delivery. If you are in need of an item by a certain date, I recommend selecting "priority shipping" at checkout and then messaging me of your immediate need. (My current processing time is 3-4 days before shipment, but I will process sooner if you have a deadline).

Please note per shop policy, that delayed packages will not be replaced/refunded until at least 14 business days have passed to allow ample time for the postal service to deliver items. Again, if there is an immediate need, please select priority shipping at checkout.
